Fanmas Group Metal Stamping division have several methods to perform a sheet metal stamping works which are separated at the following approaches:

Progresive Metal Stamping

For metal stamping from medium to long run parts, the ideal metal stamping approach is to produce the parts as progressive stampings. Progressive Stamping is a method of precision metal forming that produces an exacting metal component at an economical unit price.

Most of our Mechanical Presses are coil-fed presses. We can feed up to .375" thick x 18" wide. Our Press Room has presses ranging from 32 ton to 800 ton, which are capable of producing high-quality, progressively stamped components.
Punch presses will operate up to 8,400 strokes per hour. To keep our Punch Presses productive, they are integrated with coil-fed equipment, controls and die sensors, which would immediately alert our press operators of potential malfunctions within the tooling.

DEEP DRAW METAL STAMPING

From small parts to large parts, Fanmas Group Metal Stamping has the Deep Drawing equipment and experienced stamping and forming personnel to provide quality Deep Drawn parts to your specifications. Our engineering and tooling staffs have provided deep drawing solutions for a variety of industries, which include: • Agriculture and Food Processing • Construction Industry • Electronics Field • Food Processing • Lawn & Garden Industry • Military / Defense Bring your Deep Draw application to Fanmas Group Metal Stamping and we'll show you what we can do to improve your metal forming projects.

FORMING SIMULATIONS AND ANALYSIS

With the support of our knowledgeable tooling vendors, we can also provide draw simulations and analysis, to assure your design team that the best possible forming conditions are met to provide high quality parts.

DEEP DRAWING - LARGE PARTS

Our 500, 1000 and 2,000 ton hydraulic presses can draw your large parts to 12" deep. Our deep draw engineers have a combination of 40 years experience in Deep Draw applications. Common Draw problems like wrinkling or cracking are virtually eliminated due to draw simulation, die engineering and set-up experience.

DEEP DRAWING - ECONOMICAL SOLUTIONS

We also offer economical processing of deep drawn parts. By utilizing our Large Bed Mechanical presses, we can combine multiple finishing tools into one setup.

Light Parts Metal Stamping

Fanmas Group Metal Stamping metal stamps and deep draws a variety of small and mid-sized parts annually. Our punch presses range from 32 ton to 800 ton and are equipped to run coil-fed materials at speeds up to 140 strokes per minute. Small precision metal stamped parts can be smaller than a dime in size and as thin as .005-inch thickness. Ideally, small or light metal stamped parts would be run in quantities of 10,000 to 1,000,000 pieces per year. Tooling methodology for small parts is addressed on a case by case basis, based on the design of these small deep drawn or stamped parts. Depending on the required applications and quantity, the recommended tooling solution may be compound dies, progressive tooling or deep drawn. Through the utilization of die sensing monitors, our small precision parts are manufactured to our customers' exacting specifications.

Heavy Parts Metal Stamping

FANMAS GROUP Metal Stamping produces a variety of large components and heavy parts for our diverse customer base across a wide range of industries. Our mechanical punch presses include: Mechanical Punch Presses up to 800 ton with bed sizes up to 60" x 108" Hydraulic Punch Presses up to 1000 ton with bed sizes up to 60" x 120"

Metal Stamping and Forming

Parts up to 14 mm in thickness can be metal stamped and formed using tooling designed specifically for your part design and application. This tooling can be single station, compound, progressive, or deep draw in nature. With the assistance of die sensing and state of the art press controls, you are ensured of receiving a quality precision metal stamping for all parts when you need them.
